Weekend Away 2012

We have booked the next weekend away for February 2012.

When, where and how much?

Date                      Friday 24th to Sunday 26th February 2012.
Location                 Pioneer Centre, Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire, DY14 8JG.
Cost                      £100 per adult, there are discounts for children.
                            A deposit of £20 is needed as soon as possible
Includes                 all meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch and all rooms have an en-suite.

If you haven’t been before the centre is very comfortable. We have accommodation in one of the lodges - Forest Lodge. It is on two floors, every room is en-suite and each floor has a lounge.
We will also have the sole use of Maple Hall meeting room. There is a food hall where all the meals are served, but tea and coffee are available all day. More information about the centre can be found at www.actioncentres.co.uk/pioneer-centre/index.htm

Prices
The cost of the weekend is £100 per adult, this is to cover accommodation and ministry costs. Children prices are:- 13 to 16 year old - £75, 4 to 12 year old - £50, under 4’s are free.

As we have booked the weekend away well in advance you have plenty of time to save. Once you have paid you deposit it will mean you only need to save about £6.66 per month until next Feb. That’s about £1.53 a week!! If you would like to go but feel you may need financial assistance, then speak to a member of the Leadership Team.

Saving Club
If you have any concerns about the cost of the weekend away Sue Allen is willing to set up a savings club, where you can pay the money weekly or monthly.
